Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a Same-day cancellation. I completely understand emergencies, just communicate with me and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
